Do we ship Internationally?

Our website showcases long lasting products from a number of different brands. When you click BUY PRODUCT, you will be redirected to the retail website where you can purchase the Item. The product will then ship from there (unless the retailer has another arrangement). We do not sell the product from our site.

Most of the products ship internationally but it is best to confirm that from the retail site once you are redirected to it.

What happens if my product breaks?

We understand that even things that are made to last can sometimes break. If you have a problem with your purchased item, please contact the manufacturer or retail website from which you purchased the item.

Who Guarantees the product?

Buy it To Last does not sell or guarantee any product. All manufacturer guarantees shown on our website are for information and education purposes only. Although we try our best to inform you of the latest manufacturer warranty information, we cannot guarantee that it is accurate and correct.

It is the customer/consumer’s responsibility to confirm all warranty information directly with the manufacturer prior to purchase. Refer to product manufacturers details for all warranty information.

Are prices shown in AU Dollars?

Unfortunately not all the prices shown are in AU dollars. This is because some of the retail websites are located in the United States. Be sure to check the price and currency once you are redirected to the retail website.

Why am I seeing a different price when I am redirected to the Retail Website?

We try to keep track of prices as much as possible however it is possible that a retailer’s price change is not updated on our site. If you notice a price difference on one of our products, please feel free to contact us and let us know. We would very much appreciate it.

Why is the item no longer in stock when it is shown here as “IN STOCK”?

Stock depends on the retail website. We try to keep track of stocked items as much as possible however it is possible that a retailer may no longer stock that particular item or that it is discontinued. Please feel free to contact us and let us know if you come across this for any item on our Website. We would very much appreciate it.

Why am I getting a 404 File Page Not Found error when I click “BUY ITEM”?

Our products redirect to the retail website for purchase. If they have removed that page from their website the 404 file not found message will come up. Sadly this sometimes happens as we are not informed when retailers remove their pages. Please feel free to contact us and let us know if this happens to you. We would very much appreciate it.
